James Palmiter
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

James Palmiter is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DragonGC. Prior to founding DragonGC, Jim founded Summit Financial Disclosure, where he developed and executed a disruptive business model for modern-day shareholder communications, delivering a 6x return for investors in less than five years. In 2017, Summit was acquired by Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. During his four-year tenure, Jim served as General Manager of Broadridge’s Disclosure Business Unit, where he was responsible for its P&L, growth and product strategy resulting in revenues approaching $100 million.

Neil McCarthy
Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer 

Neil McCarthy is Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of DragonGC. Prior to founding DragonGC, Neil was Senior Director for a consulting firm focused on shareholder engagement.  Previously, Neil served as Chief Legal Officer at Summit Financial Disclosure.  Upon the acquisition of Summit, Neil joined Broadridge as Senior Director of their Disclosure Business Unit where he developed and delivered thought leadership pieces and educational programs for key audiences.  Neil was an M&A attorney at Skadden Arps, and an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney and Bear Stearns. He also worked as an attorney for the US Treasury. He founded and built an information services firm for corporate lawyers, Lawyer Links, LLC, and has also served as legal counsel / corporate finance and M&A advisor to several start-up companies. Neil graduated from Harvard Law School.

G. Michael Weiksner, Ph. D
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer 

G. Michael Weiksner, Ph. D is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of DragonGC.  Michael has been a tech founder and investor for over two decades. Past startups include Pocketful of Quarters, EndlessTV and e-thePeople.org. As general partner of Rostrum Capital, an investment fund specializing in early-stage technology companies, he led the investment in the first round of Covariant.ai. Michael holds a Ph.D. in Communications from Stanford University and an A.B. in Computer Science from Princeton University.

Markus Hartmann, JD, MBA
Chief Legal Development Officer

Markus Hartmann is Chief Legal Development Officer at DragonGC. Prior to joining DragonGC, Markus served as General Counsel of Mister Car Wash (NASDAQ: MCW), where he led a 30-person team providing legal oversight for the largest car wash operator in North America. Previously, he held senior legal leadership roles at several global Fortune 500companies including Stryker, Mercedes-Benz, and Reckitt Benckiser (RB), where he oversaw legal teams across 17 countries. At RB, his innovative litigation investment model earned recognition as the Most Innovative European In-house Legal Team by the Financial Times. A pioneer in legal technology adoption, Markus has led transformational initiatives in AI implementation and lega loperations optimization. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from LeMoyne College, and is a retired Colonel from the United States Marine Corps Reserve, where he served for over 30 years as both a helicopter pilot and judge advocate.

Jennifer Carberry
Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing at DragonGC, Jennifer Carberry leads the company’s Marketing, Brand, and Corporate Communications efforts. With a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact strategies, she plays a key role in shaping DragonGC’s market presence and driving growth.  Before joining DragonGC, Jennifer spearheaded North American marketing for a global consulting firm specializing in corporate governance and shareholder engagement. Her previous experience includes leading marketing for a private equity firm focused on FinTech investments. Additionally, Jennifer has led marketing at two publicly traded companies, where she was responsible for marketing, investor relations, and media communications. Jennifer began her career in asset management as a research analyst, specializing in alternative investments. She is a cum laude graduate of Columbia University.

Natalie Richardson
Senior Vice President, Sales

Natalie Richardson, Senior Vice President of Sales at DragonGC, has over 15 years of experience advising corporate issuers on governance solutions including SEC compliance, cybersecurity, compensation matters, ESG reporting, and shareholder engagement. Her deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and AI positions her as a trusted advisor for professionals seeking to improve their legal operations through cutting-edge technology. Natalie has guided corporate issuers, private equity firms, and private companies on complex transactions including IPOs, M&A, and proxy contests. Previously, she held senior roles at a boutique governance firm and Broadridge Financial Solutions. An active member of the Society for Corporate Governance and NIRI, Natalie stays current with industry developments and best practices to provide innovative solutions for clients. She holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Evan Quille
Vice President, Sales

Evan Quille is Vice President of Sales at DragonGC, where he leverages the company’s AI-driven platform to help public company legal teams streamline corporate governance, financial disclosures, and shareholder communications. With extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, Evan helps in-house legal teams optimize their workflows and ensure seamless SEC filings. His expertise in artificial intelligence and regulatory compliance makes him a trusted advisor for professionals looking to enhance their legal operations with innovative technology. Prior to joining DragonGC, Evan sold advisory services to publicly traded companies for a consulting firm specializing in corporate governance.  Previously, Evan was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch.  Evan earned a B.A. from Bucknell University.

Brian McIlwain
Vice President, Software Engineering

Brian McIlwain is the Vice President of Software Engineering at DragonGC. He has led the development of AI-powered products by pioneering an AI + Engineering partnership model, allowing for smaller and more efficient teams. Since joining DragonGC in 2023, Brian has hired and mentored international team members, fostering self-directed growth while ensuring rapid delivery of iterative product enhancements. Prior to DragonGC, Brian worked closely with Mike Weiksner at Pocketful of Quarters, where they collaborated to build productive international teams spanning five countries. Brian also implemented innovative hiring and project management strategies during his time there. He graduated from Louisiana State University in Computer Engineering.
